Florian Glattes, Vice President of E-Mobility Solutions at Shell

As Shell’s global Vice President E-Mobility Solutions, I lead the Shell Recharge Solutions Tech Powerhouse at the centre of our growing charging network. Helping our customers transition to electric vehicles is key to decarbonising mobility, and I have overall responsibility for driving Shell’s strategy execution to be the global leader in EV charging in partnership with regional and global teams.

Prior to this role, I was the General Manager of Strategy & Portfolio for Shell’s Global Mobility and Lubricants businesses, bringing significant experience as a commercial leader in energy. My previous experience includes deep P&L, sales management, marketing management, business development, people leadership and strategy responsibilities across different value chains and geographies. I am based in Hamburg, Germany, and have previously lived and worked in the US, China, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, the UK, and Austria.
