James is a Legal Director in Birketts’ Real Estate division with a specialism in Clean Energy. James has significant experience of acting for developers of energy projects thanks to his time spent working in-house at Innova where he took a key role in project developments, financings, and M&A. He is well-versed in advising on options, leases, purchases, certificates of title, and easements, as well as related due diligence and site assembly issues.
James also has broader experience in Strategic Land and Real Estate Finance.
