Elaine Meskhi

Elaine is a Chartered Systems Engineer with a decade of experience in the EV/EV infrastructure sector across innovation, strategy and high-level implementation planning projects. She has delivered consultancy and advisory services for Local and Regional Authorities, Electricity Distribution Network Operators, Public Sector Fleet and Estates Managers and Real Estate Developers providing evidence-based analysis and insights supporting clear and concise recommendations and action plans. Over the last several months Elaine has been leading a project looking at the accessibility of public chargers for TfL. The project, supported by partners RiDC (Research Institute for Disabled Consumers) has involved extensive stakeholder engagement to understand the accessibility requirements and priorities for different user segment including commercial vehicle drivers and the chargepoint accessibility information these users need and desire. Project partners Tracsis have audited over 2,000 chargers across greater London. Elaine has also supported a number of Local Authorities in understanding the feasibility of cross-pavement charging based on geo-spatial analysis of the area and the potential impact on public charging demand.
