Duncan is a recognised leader in the fleet sector. After qualifying as an accountant, he moved into the fleet sector covering all aspects of commercial, operational and driver behavioural management of a fleet. Before joining the AA as Fleet Director in 2023, he led teams in some of the biggest fleets in the UK including BT, Royal Mail and ISS Facility services with his current AA team being recognised as fleet of the year 2024, in the UK market
