Callum is a Partner in the London and Southampton offices and has over 10 years’ experience in the commercial real estate sector.

He acts for a diverse client base ranging from high-net-worth individuals, owner-managed businesses through to global PLCs involving multi-million-pound transactions.

His practice covers the full range of commercial property work, with a particular focus on the energy sector. He advises on acquisitions, management and disposals of freehold and leasehold property, as well as complex leasing arrangements and property finance. Callum has developed specialist expertise in electric vehicle charging and the property aspects of wider energy infrastructure, including site assembly, grid connections and long-term operational arrangements. He also has experience across related sectors such as hospitality, leisure and office lettings.
