Andrew Bruce

Andrew is an infrastructure financing specialist with 20 years experience spread between the public and private sectors. Roles within SFT have included Project Board membership of a number of PPP projects, director of Hub North and leading public sector support for the Build to Rent residential housing sector in Scotland. He is the public interest director for the Scottish National Blood Transfusion NPD Project and a trustee of LAR Housing Trust.
