Jim Pritchard

Jim Pritchard is a seasoned transport and compliance professional with a distinguished background in both military and civilian sectors. He served in the Royal Corps of Signals, completing a full military career that included deployments to multiple operational theatres worldwide. His transport experience spans a vast number of key areas such, Transport Manager, service and inspection technician, driver instruction and DVSA HGV driving examiner, Dangerous Goods advisory, and fleet management across large and diverse vehicle fleets across the globe.

Jim currently serves as the National Fleet Safety Compliance Manager, overseeing compliance across the UK’s largest racked commercial vehicle fleet. He leads strategic safety initiatives, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management, ensuring fleet integrity and legal adherence across a complex national operation.
