David Philipson

David is a Senior Business Development Manager at Cenex with a focus on R&D and consultancy on the decarbonisation of freight across the UK. He has had significant experience in the electrification of bus and HGV depots and planning of charging hubs, scoping the art of the possible through new and upcoming technology. Cenex is the UK Centre of Excellence for Low Carbon and Fuel Cell Technologies and has been working with the public sector and industry for the past 20 years helping to develop the UK’s understanding and delivery of zero emission vehicles and infrastructure. Cenex is a leading voice on fleet decarbonisation strategies, V2G, and runs the UK’s LEVI programme alongside the supporting NEVIS platform for Local Authorities.
