Sean Keating

Sean’s role focuses on the performance of the Believ charging network, applying an energy management and continuous improvement mindset to its frontline operations. With a stated aim to earn “most-loved” status amongst public charge point networks, this makes him responsible for network reliability, consumer propositions, customer care and optimising the cost of energy supply.

Prior to joining Believ, Sean developed an energy consultancy and engineering delivery division at SMS Plc, building teams to deliver a broad range of capex and operational improvement programmes in the infrastructure, banking and hospitality sectors. Initially specialising in building services, IOT controls and renewable generation, Sean switched focus to the work in e-mobility in 2022: with the launch of an EV Charge Point Operator while at SMS before transitioning those business capabilities across to Believ in 2024.
