Louis Jones

Louis started his career in the automotive industry with Mercedes-Benz in 2016. He joined on the Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Graduate Scheme, which included a placement in Stuttgart at Mercedes-Benz Mobility HQ. Louis then worked in a number of roles across Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, including Executive Assistant to the Customer Operations Director and also to the Managing Director. Louis then moved into Mercedes-Benz Vans, firstly as Business Improvement Manager, and then as Project Manager – Electric Mobility. In 2022, Louis then moved into the HGV world, joining Scania as Transformation Lead – Electric Charging, responsible for the rollout of Scania’s BEV readiness and charging proposition. In June 2024, Louis joined DAF as EV & Connected Services Director, with overall responsibility for DAF’s UK EV & PACCAR Connect strategy, working closely with the DAF dealer network and partners to ensure DAF remains market leader in the eHGV sector.
