Kevin Richardson

Kevin began his career in the electrical distribution industry with United Utilities in 2003 as an apprentice Distribution/Transmission Fitter. After completing his apprenticeship in 2006, he gained extensive experience in this role until 2012, when he embarked on his journey as a trainee engineer. In this position, Kevin earned his LV and HV authorization at ENWL (DNO) and achieved SAP status in 2016. Subsequently, Kevin undertook freelance work before founding Serconnect with some of the region’s most skilled and experienced engineers and craftsmen. Serconnect has since become one of the fastest-growing and leading Independent Connection Providers, managing multiple projects and delivering substation and infrastructure solutions throughout the UK for some of the country’s largest Charge Point Operators.
